There is no lift

The air conditioner and the water heater works perfectly. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Lotus and easy to order food for dinner.

The cleanliness level is questionable. My bedsheet and toilet are both dirty. The list of facilities stated also quite misleading especially on the kettle jug.

The location is good. There are food shops nearby just walking distance and one directly beside the hotel. The staff was helpful. The hot shower was wonderful.

The room is too small. The praying direction may be slightly off. The water piping in the washroom is confusing although the hot shower was wonderful. The parking is under the municipal, better pay up through the app rather pay the fine later.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The location is just cross the road.. Very easy to find food..

The stairs are dusty, like they haven't been vacuumed in years. The air conditioner in my room has a dirty blower, making it uncomfortable, especially since the weather was very hot that day.

Location: next to a Tom Yam Restaurant & opposite Lotus Supermarket. The staff is accommodating, quick response. I had problem with the shower water’s temperature, the staff quickly came & sliced the problem.

Meet expectation and had a good rest before continuing journey next day

Shower temperature still warm even though rotated till end for cold.

Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Praying space was too narrow for plus size person due to beds arrangement.

I likes the overall facility and location. helped wary tired travellers like us to catch a shut eye and freshen up. The facility was clean and i enjoyed my short stay.

Staff at the counter were very much lazy and didn’t bother to check-in you on time and my 10months baby was very tired due to the journey. They were not able to speak English properly. I booked the room using booking.com and they property charged me more despite of paying them tourists tax separately. At the beginning even they didn’t know that payment has been deducted from my card. They asked me to pay again but I refused since the payment was already completed confirmed almost 4hrs ago. I asked many times to give me invoice but they ironically they don’t know how to generate it but I got it at the time o checkout.
